The bathroom has a bath tub, waterfall shower, beautiful tiling, basin and toilet.
The bedroom is located at the back of the home with a king bed, side table and plenty of storage space. There’s a small balcony/roof terrace with a chair for sunny coffee mornings. The home is located on the ground/first floor of a Victorian building and has a ring door bell for safety.
THE AREA
Stoke Newington has a lovely village vibe to it with interesting individual shops, incredible cafes and restaurants as well as great bars. The home is located on a quiet residential street, there a pub next door which can sometimes be heard from the home however it closes at 11pm sharp and the street is quiet and peaceful besides this.
The home is very close to beautiful parks, including Clissold Park, Abney Park, Victorian era Abney Cemetery as well as everyone’s favourite Hackney Downs Park 20 minute walk away. There are links to transport to all over London via buses short walk from the front door and Dalston Kingsland Station 15 minutes away from the home.
