THE HOME

The ground floor has the hosts working space, large open plan living room with comfortable sofa and new TV, coffee table and rug as well as the dining table, seating six and kitchen featuring all modern amenities including dishwasher and washer dryer. The kitchen opens up to a large garden terrace with furniture and bbq to be enjoyed in the warmer months. Also on this floor is a separate toilet and basin.
The second floor has both bedrooms and the main bathroom. The guest bedroom is extremely spacious and bright with large windows, a comfortable double bed with lovely bedding, draw space, a small stylish seat and hanging space for clothes. The main bathroom features two showers one for the host and one for the guests sole use, it also has a basin, cabinet and toilet.
The home has incredible high ceilings and wooden floors throughout. There is exposed brick as well as is neutral, minimalistic yet homey furniture giving a peaceful, relaxing environment.

The apartment is located in a secure block on the quieter side of Dalston, offering a peaceful retreat just moments from the vibrant energy of the area. Situated right next to Hackney Downs Park, you’ll have green open space on your doorstep while still being within easy reach of Dalston’s cafes, restaurants, and excellent transport links with buses a few minutes walk away as well as quick access to Dalston Junction, Dalston Kingsland and Hackney Downs stations.
