THE HOME

This beautiful, spacious, 1000sq ft, garden flat has a guest room available and is available as an entire home rental when the hosts are travelling. The home is tiered over a few levels giving lots of privacy and space between rooms. The living room is located by the front foor with huge bay windows letting in lots of light, a library, a seating area/ reading nook, large sofa, coffee table and working fire place for cosy winter nights. The host bedroom is next to the living room with a comfortable double bed, walk in wardrobe and fabulous wallpaper that by chance matches an ancestors seat also nestled in this bedroom.

The hallway to the next part of the home includes a coat closet and cute personal touches from the host in the corner. It also has a separate laundry room off to the side with a washer and dryer. There is a separate toilet with cabinet as well as the main, newly renovated, shared bathroom which features a deep bath tub, strong shower as well as hand held shower, double sinks and plenty of cabinet space.

A few steps down and along the hallway to the right is the spacious guest bedroom which features a comfortable queen bed which can be folded into a day bed for guests wanting extra space in the room during the day. There is a desk area to work from, stylish side cabinets, comfortable chair, large mirror and a rail for clothing. There is a large overhead skylight as well as a large window overlooking the back garden filling the room with light. The guest bedroom and host bedroom are on opposite sides of the home, allowing for extra privacy.

The large kitchen and dining room is next to the guest bedroom with all the amenities you need including a double oven, diswasher, gas stove, plenty of bench space and all necessary utensils. The dining area has a beautiful wooden table that seats four and overlooks the back garden with three large windows that can be opened up for the fresh air. Entrance to the back garden is via the kitchen and opens up onto a small decked patio with seating area and then onto the larged grassy area, perfect for warmer days.

There is a separate side entrance to the home as well as the main entrance for guests who prefer extra privacy. There’s a ring camera for security and a car park space for one car if guests are driving.

This home is beautifully decorated with the hosts personal touches throughout, art deco pieces, plants and attention to detail in every corner of the home makes it feel welcoming and relaxing.
