THE HOME
This beautiful family home has a permanent spare room to welcome guests. This four bedroom, semi-detached Edwardian house is in located in a queit residential street in Northfields/South Ealing. Spread out over three floors, the guest room is located on the top floor which is a loft conversion with a private bathroom next to the bedroom, giving a lot of autonomy and privacy to the guest. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, large cupboard with plenty of storage space, large mirror and desk with a chair overlooking the back garden making it very peaceful. The guests private bathroom features a shower with rainfall shower head, cabinet space, long mirror and loo.
The ground floor features a large sitting room, divided into two spaces via a bookshelf with one room for casual lounging and TV and the other set up as more of a workspace with a desk and office chair. The large family style kitchen is also on this floor. It includes all the modern amenities as well as plenty of bench space and lovely plants and flowers. There is a seperate W/C next to the kitchen for convenience.
At the back of the home is a large garden with multiple sitting areas as well as a converted shed/studio space that is a second living room with sofa and TV. Guests are welcome to use this space as well.
The floor in between is where the hosts rooms and bathroom is located as well as their teenage children’s rooms.
The interiors are mainly neutral with there are gorgeous plants and ecclectic artwork throughout making the home vibrant and welcoming.
THE AREA
The area is largely residential and is a ten minute walk away from two high streets with all conveniences, including supermarkets, butchers, delis, bakeries, etc as well as great places to eat. It's well connected with the tube, train and Elizabeth Line all close by. Ealing is known for its green spaces and there are plenty of local parks with cafes. Westfield and the West End are easily reachable via the Underground.
It is the perfect place for guests coming to and from Heathrow airport, with access via public transport under 40 mins.
