THE HOME

Located on the third floor of a new build, there are two secure fob key access into the building via the cul-de-sac, with elevator and stair access. The guest bedroom is on the left as you enter the home with a comfortable double bed and mid century side table with record player. There is a wardrobe for guest clothing located across from the guest bedroom in the hallway for extra space. The second bedroom is the host bedroom, available when the host travels, and also has a comfortable double bed and rail for clothing. The shared bathroom with bathtub and shower is across from the host bedroom.

The kitchen and open plan living room is at the far end of the hallway. There’s a comfortable sofa and chair, large TV, bookshelf, huge full length mirror and dining table with seats for two. The kitchen has been newly renovated and has all the modern amenities. There is also an empty parking space for guests to use.

THE AREA

The apartment is located in Stamford Hill, Hackney, known for it’s large Hasidic community. The home is located between lots of great parks including Walthamstow Wetlands, Clissold Park, Woodberry Down Park and Finsbury Park. It is also a short walk or bus ride to Stoke Newington Church and Clapton or along the canal to Walthamstow. There are great cafes, bars, shops and grocers nearby as well as plenty of links to public transport.

The home is in between Stoke Newington and Stamford Hill stations on the overground or a 12 minute walk to Seven Sisters station on the Victoria Line, taking you into central London in 30 mins. Buses run along the road out the front as well as adjoining roads to all over London. Please note, there is a main road on one side of the home for anyone very sensitive to noise.
