THE HOME
This lovely maisonette family home is available to rent as the entire home. The ground floor has an entrance hall with storage room. Through the hall is the large, newly renovated kitchen with all the modern amenities including coffee machine, washer/dryer, air fryer and soda stream. Leading through to the spacious open plan living, dining area with large dining table, comfortable sofa and TV. This space as floor to ceiling glass doors that open up completely to the recently renovated garden giving the feeling of an indoor/outdoor space, perfect for summer! The backyard has a play area for children as well as plenty of space for relaxing. Also on the ground floor is a separate toilet.
Upstairs are the bedrooms. There is the main bedroom with comfortable double bed, bookshelf and vanity. The second bedroom is a childrens bedroom (twin girls!). The third bedroom is used as a studio by the host and will be off limits for guests. Also on this floor is the main bathroom with waterfall shower.
The home comes with 2 car spaces if needed. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to use the car parking spaces as otherwise the host may rent this space separately as Leyton has no street parking! The home also has an alarm system for your safety.
The home has been artistically decorated with lots of colour, fabulous plants and furnishings. It has a lovely relaxing, family feeling making it very comfortable for your stay.
