THE HOME
This stunning home is a light and airy, two story, detached converted warehouse with a big private garden for morning coffees, in a quiet street cul-de-sac in Finsbury Park. It’s got an industrial and comfortable feel with a mix of modern and vintage finds.
The home opens to a large, well equipped eat in kitchen with sofa/TV area. On the ground floor there is a beautiful guest room, with its own external door (if the guest wants to use it), an ensuite shower room with a large fixed shower head and flexible European style hose. There’s a large mirrored cabinet and full length mirror on the door. The room also includes a kingsized bed with luxury mattresses, plenty of hanging space on a freestanding rail, a good sized vintage bedside cupboard and a height adjustable desk/dressing table with a mirror.
Next to the guest room, there is a ‘family’ bathroom with an oversized tub for guests to use. Upstairs is an accessible at home gym with weights, yoga mat & blocks, rebounder, bosu ball and massage bench, which guests are very welcome to use.

The home is in Stroud Green (Finsbury Park) - a vibrant, culturally diverse pocket of North London.
The area got a genuine mix of people and places - old-school locals, new energy, and plenty of independent cafés, restaurants, pubs, great cocktail and wine spots.
Finsbury Park station is a 7 minute walk away, providing excellent transport links with frequent trains to Oxford Circus. It is a major interchange station serving the Victoria and Piccadilly lines, and also has National Rail services.
