STAYING WITH INN TOWN

Inn Town is a private, verified community built for the creative industries. Our guests are working creatives, models, musicians, photographers, stylists, and production teams - and the people recommended by them. Our homes are lived in by people from the same world. It's accommodation that understands you and your needs because it comes from the same place.

We do things other platforms don't… Every home is visited and every host is met by our team in person before a single booking is made. If you need to check out early - an unexpected shoot in another city, plans that change - we'll always try to find another guest to cover your remaining nights. If we're successful those nights are automatically refunded. And if you need to cancel in advance, you can do so up to three business days before arrival — one week during February and September for fashion week - with no further charges beyond your deposit.

We work with both individuals and companies. If you're an agency or production team booking on behalf of talent, you're in the right place.


OUR HOMES

Every home listed on Inn Town has been visited and verified in person by a member of our team before it goes live. We're looking at the space, the neighbourhood, the transport links, and the host -because all of it matters to how a stay feels.

Our hosts are working creatives or recommended members of the Inn Town community. In shared homes, every guest has their own private room - we don't accommodate room sharing unless you're a couple or close friends sharing a bed. Privacy and comfort are non-negotiable to us.

Inn Town manages the booking process from start to finish. The homes themselves are operated by individual hosts - they're not interconnected and Inn Town does not manage the properties directly.

Alongside our private homes we work with a small selection of co-living spaces and boutique hotels chosen for their ethos and suitability for the creative community - including our partner Mason and Fifth, who offer private studio apartments with shared amenities in Primrose Hill, Westbourne Park, and Bermondsey. These partners may have different terms and conditions to our home offering - please ask if you have any questions.


HOW TO BOOK

Once you're registered as an Inn Town guest, the process is simple:

  1. Email us at hello@inntownapartments.com with the city you're looking for and your arrival and departure dates.

  2. We'll send you a list of available homes to choose from.

  3. Let us know which home you'd like and we'll send you an invoice.

  4. Pay your deposit to secure the home - your dates are confirmed as soon as your deposit lands.

  5. Pay the remainder of your invoice by the due date.

  6. Receive your Welcome Pack with everything you need to know about your home and host and plan your arrival.

Please note we do not arrange viewings before booking as it is too disruptive for our hosts.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

A deposit of £120/ €120/$250(AUD) is due immediately upon booking to secure your home. Please note your dates are not held until the deposit has been received.

The deposit is returned to you within 5 business days of checkout, provided the home has been left in good order.

The remainder of your invoice is due 3 business days before your arrival date. If payment has not been received by this point the home may be released for another guest to book.

All payments are made by bank transfer or credit card. If you're transferring from an international account we recommend using WISE to avoid exchange rate issues and payment delays. Please note card payments are only available for full payment upfront.

For stays of one month or more, we operate on a trial month basis - we extend month by month from there once everyone is happy. Some homes are open to longer commitments upfront, which we'll indicate when sending availability.

If you are holding a TBC extension, your home cannot be booked by another guest without your confirmation or release first. If we receive another request for the home we will give you 24 hours to confirm your extension. Please note that extensions are always subject to the host's agreement.


YOUR WELCOME PACK

Once full payment has been received we'll send you your Welcome Pack — everything you need to know about your home before you arrive.

Your Welcome Pack includes your host's contact details, house information, house rules, and your host's personal recommendations for the neighbourhood - where to eat, drink, spend time, and how to live in the area like a local.

Your Welcome Pack cannot be sent until full payment has been received - this is to protect the privacy of our hosts.


CHECK IN

Please contact your host directly at least 48 hours before arrival to arrange your check-in time. Their contact details are in your Welcome Pack. Inn Town does not organise arrivals - this is between you and your host directly.

Our hosts are professionals and will always do their best to find a time that works for both of you. Please note that failure to make contact within this timeframe may incur an admin fee.


DURING YOUR STAY

Please treat your home and your host with the respect you would your best friend — they chose Inn Town because they care about who stays in their home and are interested in being part of something more soulful

Your Welcome Pack contains your house rules - please read them before you arrive. Each home has its own rules set by the host and these must be followed throughout your stay.

If anything isn't right when you arrive - cleanliness, maintenance, anything at all - photograph it and contact your host directly in the first instance, exactly as you would with a flatmate. If you can't resolve it with your host, contact Inn Town within 24 hours and we'll step in to help.

Inn Town is on hand for any serious issues during your stay. For day to day flatmate questions and minor disagreements, we ask guests to deal directly with their host first.


EXTENSIONS AND CHECK OUT

If you'd like to extend your stay, let us know as soon as possible - dates not confirmed and not held on a TBC extension are open to other guests and we can't guarantee availability.

At checkout please take all your belongings with you and leave the home as you found it - clean, tidy, and ready for the next guest.

If you'd like to check out earlier than planned after payment has been made, please speak to your host directly and then contact Inn Town. We will always try to find another guest to cover your remaining nights - if we're successful those nights are automatically refunded in full. Any nights we're unable to cover are at the host's discretion to refund. Please note this applies to one replacement guest per booking.
