Inn Town is a members-only platform and our hosts are a specific kind of person. You have a home worth staying in - characterful, considered, somewhere a working creative would genuinely want to be - and you're open to sharing it with people who get that.
We are different from other platforms - every host and guest is personally vetted, every home is visited before it goes live, and our network is made up entirely of working creatives or recommended members. If that sounds like the right fit for you, we'd love to hear from you.
A few things worth knowing before you apply
Inn Town is predominantly London based and currently expanding into Paris, Barcelona, and Sydney. If you have a home in a different city we're still open to a conversation - get in touch at hello@inntownapartments.com.
You need to be working in or around the creative industries, or come recommended by someone already in our community.
If you're offering a private bedroom it must have a real bed with a proper mattress. We don't accept sofa beds or futons unless it is an entire home rental.
Your home must have WiFi available for guests, or a WiFi dongle you can provide.

APPLICATION
Fill in the form below - it takes about ten minutes. We'll ask you a few questions about yourself and your home, and we'll ask you to upload a few photos so we can get a sense of the space before we arrange a visit.
Once we've reviewed your application we'll be in touch to arrange a viewing. This is where we meet you and anyone else living in the home, see the space in person, take our own photographs for your listing, and answer any questions you have.
After the viewing we'll send you everything you need to get started - parameters to fill out so we can tailor which guests are offered your home (things like preferred gender, minimum stay length, nights needed free between guests), pricing guidelines based on your home, your area, and similar homes on Inn Town, Google Calendar setup instructions, and our Host Operations Guide for easy reference on everything you need to know once you're live. We book directly on your behalf using your parameters, so you only ever hear from us when something falls outside them or is last minute (under two business days). Pricing guidelines are suggestions, not fixed rates.
We'll also send you our Guest Welcome Pack template to fill out - this is what every guest receives before they arrive, and includes everything they need to know about your home as well as your personal recommendations so they can experience your neighbourhood like a local.
Inn Town is community driven. Our hosts choose us because they care about who stays in their home and are interested in being part of something more soulful. If your primary goal is income maximisation, we're likely not the right platform for you.
