THE HOME
This incredible, unique, five bedroom, family home located in Kensal Rise has two rooms available to creatives. The home is a semi-detached house, split over three levels, featuring a gorgeous garden, open plan living/dining space, photo studio/guest bedroom and two fully equipped kitchens.
On the ground floor of the home you will find the spacious, open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a TV, stereo system, fire place and comfortable leather couches. The spacious kitchen has all the modern amenities as well as an AGA cooker. The dining table is large enough to fit the entire family and doubles as a work space in the day. Also on the ground floor is a fabulous, large garden, an inviting entrance hall and the hosts private office. The downstairs kitchen is for the hosts use only however you are welcome to use the dining room and living area.
On the first floor are the families bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the two guest bedrooms and their shared bathroom. The guest bathroom is only shared between Inn Town guests.
The home has been decorated with a stunning mix of antique, modern and designer fittings and furnishings that reflect the families creative nature. It has a quiet, easy going atmosphere, making it the perfect space to unwind at the end of the day.
THE bedROOMS
Biscuit bedroom
This spacious bedroom has been newly painted and has a comfortable super king bed, work space area and closet for storing clothes. There is a view of the garden out of the windows making it very peaceful and relaxing. This room shares a bathroom with Blue room, which is located on the same floor of the home.
Blue bedroom
This large bedroom has a comfortable double bed, work space area and closet for storing clothes. The room faces the rear of the house, with a view of the garden making it quiet and peaceful. This room shares a bathroom with the Biscuit room, which is located on the same floor of the home.
THE AREA
The home is located on a quiet residential street in Kensal Rise, West London. There is a small set of shops at the end of the street for necessities, High Street shopping areas with great restaurants, bars, pubs and stores a short walk or bus ride away. There is a great yoga studio a few streets away and other gyms in the area. At the end of the street is also a bus stop with buses headed towards Notting Hill and central London. Overground and underground stations are a 10/15 minute walk from the home or few stops on the bus.
