THE HOME
This cosy, one bedroom maisonette is located in the heart of Clapton and gets great natural light throughout. It is a split level home, located on the first floor of a quiet residential building.
The downstairs kitchen/living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a bench top oven, induction stove, fridge (no freezer), quality cookware and washing machine. There are a couple of comfy sofa chairs and rechargeable lamps in the downstairs space, and for those cosy winter nights there are also radial smart heaters. There is also a wardrobe for the guests clothing.
Upstairs you will find the bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs is the same size as downstairs, making the bathroom and bedroom very spacious. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and chest of drawers. The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower and under sink storage space.
The home intentionally has no TV however features high speed wifi throughout.
THE AREA
The home is in a the heart of trendy Clapton in East London, with everything you need for a great stay within a short walk away! There are great shops, pubs and restaurants to discover within a short walk from the home.
Hackney Downs Park, Stoke Newington Common and Millfields recreation ground are all within walking distance for outside space. Stoke Newington Church St, a great boutique shopping area is a short walk away, as is Chatsworth rd in Clapton.
At both ends of the street you will find bus stops with buses going to all areas of London, making access to and from the home very easy. Clapton overground station is a 5 minute walk away as is Rectory Road station.
The home is situated on a quiet, tree lined residential street of the home making it a peaceful retreat from city life.
