THE HOME
This fabulous, modern apartment is located on the ground floor of a new build complex in Seven Sisters. Pushed back from the street in a courtyard and accessible via a security door, the home is very peaceful and safe. The guest bedroom is located across from the front door of the home and features a comfortable double bed, rail for clothing and great artwork. There is a small, frosted window in this room but please note it doesn’t open as it faces the internal corridor.
At the other end of the home is the open plan living and kitchen space. The kitchen features all the modern amenities including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric stove, microwave, airfryer and coffee maker. There are also heated racks available for drying clothes. The glass dining table seats two and there is a comfortable sofa, stereo and great coffee table books in the living area. The patio with seating is located off the living space and is perfect for morning coffees.
The shared bathroom is located between the living space and guest bedroom and has both bath and shower and ample cabinet space.
The home is beautifully decorated with great art, attention to detail and mid century/modern furniture and furnishings.
THE AREA
The home is located in Seven Sisters/South Tottenham in a quiet street across from the park. There are shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars within a few minute walk from the home. The area is known for some of its incredible warehouse spaces, eclectic art scene and new photo studios.
The home is a 10/15 minute walk to Seven Sisters Station on the Victoria Line and Overground or 15 minutes walk to Turnpike Lane station on the piccadilly line making it a very quick ride to central London. There are bus stops with buses to all over London a few minutes walk from the home.
