The latter being the furthest away and is just a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes on the bus. The overground stations will connect you to Liverpool Street or Stratford (both serve Overground, Underground and National Rail) and Highbury & Islington to connect to the Victoria line.
There are shops, supermarkets, cafes, bars etc all within walking distance, and local buses will transport you to the each of the high streets in under 10 minutes. Hackney Downs Park is less than five minutes away and is perfect for relaxing walks and enjoying the sun. There are also basketball and tennis courts on the grounds.
