The home has been newly renovated and is split over three floors ensuring large rooms and plenty of space for the guest. The ground floor of the home has a large kitchen with all the modern amenities, guest bathroom for semi private use, as well as front and back gardens, all for the guests use. The second floor has the large communal lounge room with TV and record player. Please note that the living room is waiting on shelving to be delivered therefore there are some boxes stored in this room at the moment. Also on this floor is the guest bedroom which faces the back garden, giving the room a relaxing feel and lots of light. The guest bedroom has a very comfortable double bed as well as a chest of drawers and hanging rail to store your belongings. The top floor of the home is for the hosts use only, which features their bedroom, bathroom and studio.

The home is in a the heart of Homerton, located on a quiet street, making it a peaceful oasis in amongst the trendy, bustling East London. It is surrounded by lots of nice restaurants, boutiques, beautiful parks, bars/pubs and also the fabulous Chatsworth Rd market on Sundays. Hackney Central Station and Homerton Station are both a 10 minute walk away and there are lots of buses to all over London within a few minutes walk from the house.
