The host is a keen cook so has ample kitchen equipment and cooking supplies for all to use including herbs, spices and oils.
The rooftop terrace is a beautiful tranquil space bathed in sunlight from sunrise until around 7pm in summer and is decorated with a corner sofa, dining table, lounge chairs and large beanbags for extra lounging. The rooftop is private, only accessible to this apartment and can also be accessed directly from the guest bedroom.
The guest bedroom is also on this floor and features as a comfortable king sized bed, hanging space for clothes, large tower fan for warmer days and private ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Please note that the guest bedroom only has a door (not window) which opens to the private terrace.

THE AREA
Situated in the heart of Shoreditch, this home is in one of London’s most prime locations. The apartment building is tucked away in a side street so is consistently quiet despite it’s central location. The home’s location is incredibly convenient with access to public transport within a few minute walk from the front door. Old Street Station is a 5 minute walk and there are plenty of buses connecting to the rest of the city as well as Santander bikes to hire. On street parking is also available with one day parking permits that can be used. There are great cafes, bars and restaurants in the area and Regents canal is a 10 minute walk away which is lovely to walk along to Victoria Park or towards Highbury and Camden. There are also a few great gyms close by that offer a range of workouts, classes and passes.
