THE HOME

The small bathroom is located between the kitchen and sleeping space with a toilet, basin and shower.

If you are a photographer or creator in town for work and wanting a live work space, this home can be booked with a functionality. Please note, due to this dual use, there are some working materials in the hallway.

THE AREA

The apartment is nestled between Victoria Park and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park Site, in the historically artistic neighbourhood of Hackney Wick. The overground station with access to Stratford and central London is a short walk away and there are buses to all over London in the area as well as easy access to connections to the rest of the country. Hackney Wick is a very creative community so you can find plenty of galleries, studios, canal-side cafés, independent breweries, bars, restaurants, experimental venues, and other unique attractions, including the outdoor sauna and steam rooms at the local bath house just around the corner.

With the pleasantly buzzing open space of Victoria Park on the west side, with its boating lake, Pavilion, cafes, and skate park, and to the East, just a short walk away over the Lee River Navigation canal, which runs unbroken from the heart of London to rural Hertfordshire, the 2012 Olympic Site, (inc.
