The spacious kitchen faces the back of the home and has been beautifully designed with wooden touches throughout. There is all the modern amenities including oven, coffee maker and air fryer and it has great windows that open right up to the garden. The sleek bathroom has a large bathtub and shower, plenty of cupboard and counter top space.

The host bedroom, bedroom 2, is available to rent when renting as an entire home. It features a comfortable double bed, wardrobe space, side tables and seat.

It’s 10 minute walk from Nunhead Station, you’ll have easy access to central London via direct trains to Victoria and Blackfriars as well as 15 minute walk to Peckham Rye overground with a direct line to East London.

The area has a lovely village feel, with independent bakeries, cosy pubs, and local shops lining the high street. Nearby green spaces like Nunhead Cemetery, Peckham Rye Park, and Telegraph Hill offer beautiful spots for walks.
