The guest bathroom (guest sole use) is located next to the guest bedroom and features beautiful blue tiling, a large bath with rainfall shower, toilet, sink and cabinet space.
The host bedroom and bathroom are also located on this level, as well as a washing machine/steam dryer. This level leads to the sprawling garden area which also has a hanging washing line.
The home has been beautifully decorated with a mix of mid century / modern furniture, floorboards and great artwork. It is quiet and peaceful, the perfect retreat from city life.
