THE HOME
Nestled in the heart of St John’s Wood, this spacious, welcoming home offers a peaceful and comfortable stay in one of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods. Located on a quiet street, the home is incredibly elegant and spacious - split over three floors with high ceilings and large windows throughout. It blends classic London charm with modern design, creating a bright and peaceful space that feels welcoming from the moment you walk in.
The ground floor opens to an entry hallway followed by the open plan living and dining room. The living room has a very large TV - perfect for movie nights, comfortable sofa seats, coffee table as well as an office desk with chair nestled into the window to work from. The sleek, designer dining table with plush velvet seats for six is located under the beautiful skylight that floors the room with light throughout the day. There is also stylish details such as a fireplace, vintage mirror and orchards. The dining room leads around to the spacious kitchen with all the modern amenities as well as a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer off - located at the back of the kitchen.
The kitchen overlooks the lovely outdoor area with roses leaning over the fence, a comfortable outdoor sofa and two BBQs for guests to use.
On the first floor is located the Studio room, Ivory Room and Heritage Suite. There is also one of the bathrooms and a separate W/C. The Residence Suite is located on the top floor with another bathroom. The hosts bedroom, which is used on the rare occasion he is in town, is also located on this floor and has it’s on ensuite bathroom so none of the other bathrooms are used by the host.
The home has beautiful period features throughout and has been carefully put together to ensure a peaceful and calm stay whilst also offering the opportunity for guests to connect and relax together. It’s an ideal base to experience the city while enjoying a tranquil residential setting.

THE AREA
Nestled in the heart of St John’s Wood, this welcoming home offers a peaceful and comfortable stay in one of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods. Combining charm, character, and modern convenience, it provides easy access to beautiful green spaces, local cafés, boutique shops, and excellent transport links to Central London. Home is a 9 minute walk from Finchley and Frognal Overground station, as well as West Hampstead Overground and Underground station just an 11-minute walk away.

THE FLATMATES
The home is hosted by our West Hampstead hosts - one female model and one male surgeon. These hosts do not live in the property but may work from the home from time to time so you will have a point of contact.
The hosts owner, a male businessman, is based internationally and may on the rate occasion stay at the property when in town.
Whilst the home is predominantly for Inn Town guests use, the other rooms may be occupied by a friend or family member of the host, or another model during your stay.
