THE HOME
This airy west facing studio apartment is located on the lower ground floor of a Victorian, family house in leafy Telegraph Hill and is self contained with private access down the side of the home for autonomy and privacy for guests.
It is sleek and minimal with a comfortable double bed, hanging and draw space for belongings, dining table and chairs, kitchenette with stove top (no oven), tea making facilities and an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a small window on one side and large glass doors to enter the studio giving it great light.
Please note there is a garden however this is for the family’s access only. If staying longer term and you wish to have access to the garden prior to booking please enquire with Inn Town first.
THE AREA
The home is located in Telegraph hill, a popular area of SE London between Brockley, Nunhead and New Cross just 8 minutes from New Cross Overground station, making it easy to get around London. A variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops are within easy walking distance, along with the green open spaces.
Several bus routes are also just minutes away, providing convenient access to destinations across the city.

None you will have the entire studio to yourself!
Your hosts who live in the home above the studio are a family of four - with two parents in the Art world and an 11year old and 14 year old.
They are on hand if you need them however you will have complete privacy.
