THE HOME
This lovely home is a comfortable, two bedroom, ground floor apartment in Lower Clapton. The home’s open plan living, dining and kitchen space overlooks a beautiful park square and comes with all the modern amenities including TV, wifi and kitchen appliances. There is also a peloton exercise bike in the living room that guests are welcome to use. The two bedrooms are located at the back of the building making them very quiet. They are available sporadically when the hosts are travelling, one with an en suite bathroom. The shared bathroom has a bathtub and handheld shower and lots of storage. There is also a cleaner comes weekly to keep the home extra clean and fresh. The home is decorated with lots of art, books and interesting furniture in the hosts style giving it a warm, friendly, zen atmosphere.

THE AREA
The home is in a the heart of Lower Clapton, located on a quiet square with a beautiful park in the middle creating a very peaceful atmosphere. There are great cafes, restaurants, bars and shops within a minutes walk from the front door. There are plenty of parks close by including Hackney Downs and Hackney Marshes which connects to Queen Elizabeth park. There is lots to do in the area with plenty of yoga / exercise studios, public pool, cinema, theatre and independant galleries all within walking distance.
here is great transport from the home with a bus stop with buses connecting to all over London from a few minutes walk away and Hackney Central on the overground a 5- 10 minute walk away.
