The kitchen is located off the living room and is a large long kitchen with a small bar area for eating, side by side fridge/freezer, washing machine and air fryer. The kitchen leads into the spacious back garden which has a table and chairs as well as a BBQ, perfect for hanging out on warmer days.
The bedroom is also located on the back side of the home, overlooking the garden and has a comfortable double bed, cupboard, side tables and desk space. The bathroom is located between the living room and bedroom and features a bath as well as a shower.

The home is located in a quiet cul de sac with very little noise. It iserfectly placed to enjoy Kennington’s village vibe, leafy streets, and local cafes, with excellent connections that make exploring the rest of London effortless.
