WHAT WE DO
Inn Town is a private, verified community exclusively for creatives, models and recommended members. We work with individuals as well as companies in the creative industries who book on behalf of their talent and clients.
Inn Town was established specifically for the creative industries and therefore all our policies and processes have been made to ensure they are as amenable to the creatives lifestyle.
We find private, comfortable and affordable accommodation in other creative people and recommended members homes, specific co-living spaces and boutique hotels.
We also partner with studios and location spaces to offer places to host photoshoots, filming and events to our network.
We verify all members and homes in person before their first stay (read further below in the our homes section for more information!)
Inn Town manages the booking process hands on from start until you are given the keys
Provide insider tips on area information including recommendations of places to eat drink, things to do, transport links, how to use your oyster etc. If you have specific interests let us know and we will provide ideas based on your tastes.
We are on hand to deal with any questions and serious problems, should they arise, directly.
OUR HOMES
All homes listed on Inn Town are vetted in person or via FaceTime by a member of the Inn Town team to ensure they meet our criteria and are a safe and enjoyable space to live. These homes must be in an interesting area close to transport to ensure that guests can get the most out of living in their city.
Our hosts are present when we verify their homes to ensure that they too are vetted before the first booking. These hosts always work in a creative industry or are recommended by an existing Inn Town member to ensure there is a shared understanding, respect and likemindedness. By keeping our host base within the creative community we hope that friendships and working relationships can be established between host and guests.
In shared homes, all guests have their own, private room to ensure everyone has a space where they can unwind and relax. Inn Town believes this is when people can do their best work. Sharing rooms (unless in a couple) is not allowed for these reasons.
Please note these homes are run by individual hosts and are not interconnected. Inn Town does not manage the homes themselves, just the bookings.
CO LIVING SPACES AND BOUTIQUE HOTELS
Inn Town has partnered with some specific boutique hotels and co-living spaces in London to maximise our offering to guests.
We have partnered with these co-living spaces and boutique hotels based on their ethos, vibe and suitability for the creative communities.
Our co-living and hotel partners may have different rules and ts and cs compared to Inn Town’s home offering so please ask if you have any questions!
