THE HOME
This sprawling, bright flat in the heart of Clapton is located on the top floor of the building and has a spacious room available for guests. At one end of the home is the open plan, newly renovated kitchen and living space. The kitchen has all the modern amenities including nutribullet, microwave and washing machine. There is also a large dining table, comfortable seating area, decks, TV and lots of great plants and flowers Next to this area is the separate office which can be used by guests, when not occupied by the hosts, if guests would like a separate space to work from.
The host bedroom and shared bathroom with shower is in the middle of the home. The guest bedroom is at the far end of the home, on the other side from the living space, giving lots of privacy to the guest. It is equipped with a king size bed, desk and cupboard in a light airy room. The host can also arrange street permit parking for anyone who needs it.
The home is filled with great art, books, plants and furnishings giving the home an eclectic, welcoming feeling.
THE AREA
The home is in the heart of trendy Clapton in East London, with everything you need for a great stay within a short walk away! There are great shops, pubs and restaurants to discover within a short walk from the home as well as gyms, yoga studios and events.
Both Millfields Park and Hackney Downs part are just a short walk away s away. Clapton overground station is a 5 minute walk away and Rectory Road station is 10 minutes away. There are buses to all over London from a few minutes walk from the home.
