On the first floor there is a double room for the guest which includes a desk area to work from, cupboard and draw space and a TV with sky so you can watch from the comfort of bed! There is also a shared bathroom with bath and shower on this level, and the hosts bedroom. On the garden level there is the comfortable living room with TV, record player and dining area as well as the spacious fully equipped kitchen which includes all the modern amenities including nutribullet, microwave and washing machine. There is also a private, garden at the back of the home. If need be, the host can also arrange street permit parking for anyone who needs it.
THE AREA
The home is in a the heart of trendy Clapton in East London. It is situated on a quiet street of the main road, making it a peaceful retreat from city life. There are great shops, pubs, restaurants, hairdressers and gyms to discover within a few minutes walk from the home as well as Hackney Marshes and Hackney Downs park. At the end of the road there are bus stops with buses going to all areas of London and it is a short walk to Clapton overground as well as Hackney Central and Hackney Downs station.
