Whilst the studio flat is completely private, the bathroom in this home is located outside of the apartments internal door, just across the hallway and is shared with the other studio apartment on the floor. There are two bathrooms on the first floor, shared between four apartments.
The home is surrounded by Victorian Terrace homes and looks directly over Hackney Downs Park, giving it a peaceful, cool atmosphere.

The home is in a the heart of trendy Lower Clapton in East London, with everything you need for a great stay within a short walk away! Lower Clapton Road is a few minutes walk from the home with wine bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as Chatsworth Road with its Sunday market shops and more outstanding restaurants.
Hackney Downs Park is directly across the road for walks and picnics with more great cafes and bakeries around the park. Hackney Marshes and the River Lea nature reserves is a short bus ride or cycle away.
You will find buses to all over London within a few minutes walk from the home. Hackney Downs station on the Overground is 10 minutes walk away as is Clapton station. It is easy walking distance to London Fields and Broadway Market.
