THE HOME

This sleek, modern, bright and airy two bedroom apartment is available for guests to rent as either room rate or entire home when the host is travelling. The home features an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with all the modern amenities and plenty of storage space. There’s a circular dining table that seats four, a comfortable L shaped sofa, coffee table and projector for watching films (no tv). There is a long balcony that you can access from the living room as well as both bedrooms which has seats, perfect for morning coffees.

The single bedroom is the main guest room, available as room rate when the host is present. It has a comfortable mattress, under bed storage, cupboard and desk space for anyone working from home. The double bedroom is the hosts personal room and is available sporadically when rented as an entire home.

The shared bathroom has a waterfall shower, basin and toilet. The hallway has huge cupboards extra storage space and large full length mirrors.

The home is located in a complex that features two swimming pools, a gym area and large co-working office space with additional meeting rooms that can be booked. There is free WiFi across all the communal areas.

The home is minimalist chic with plenty of light flooding in. This home is also pet friendly for anyone travelling with animals.
