Downstairs the home has two living rooms, an open dining room and kitchen, one large bathroom with a bath and shower, a covered outside verandah with a dining table and lounge area, large swimming pool with a tiled deck, front and back gardens, as well as a converted garage which is now an at home office on one side and artists studio on the other. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and two his and hers bathrooms.

Located in a quiet street in the Northern Beaches suburb of Frenchs Forest this home is surrounded by greenery and nature. There is a large public reserve with a natural creek at the end of the street and access to incredible national park bushland within five minutes walk. There are bush tracks walks to Bantry Bay from the public reserve and it’s a short drive to Davidson park which has multiple bush track walks by the bay. Local beaches are within a 15 minute drive. There is a bus stop with bus access to Chatswood and the CBD within 10 minutes walk from the home and plenty of street parking on the street and in surrounding areas.
