THE HOME

The apartment is north-facing with views of Bondi Beach and North Bondi Golf Course from the balcony and living room. The home has been thoughtfully furnished as a permanent residence with high-quality furniture, great art and decor throughout. It was been newly renovated with flooring and fresh paint making it feel fresh and breezy.

The apartment and rooms are generous in size with total space approximately 130sqm. The spacious fully equipped kitchen is located to the left of the front door and has ample space to create delicious meals. The open plan living/dining room has a dining table seating six, comfortable, large, chic couch, TV that doubles as an artwork and coffee table. The two guest rooms are located through a hallway next to the kitchen. Both are fully furnished with comfortable queen beds, side tables with lamps and built-in wardrobes with full length mirrors. They are separated by the guest bathroom which is for the private use of occupants of the guest bedrooms. This bathroom includes a bath tub, shower, toilet and basin. The host bedroom is located on the other side of the apartment giving extra privacy to all.

The apartment includes full kitchen access with quality appliances, same floor laundry facilities including fryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and ceiling fans throughout. Street parking is available, and buses to the city and eastern suburbs stop nearby on Bondi Road as well as near-instant Uber and E-bikes bookings available.

THE AREA

The apartment is tucked away on a quiet dead-end street creating a peaceful environment, however it is located a short walk (under 4 minutes) from Bondi Beach, shops, bars and dining, this is the perfect location for guests wanting to experience both beach and city life. Bondi Road shops is a two minute walk away with another set of great shops, groceries, restaurants, bars.

There is the iconic Bondi Icebergs swimming club a few minutes away where you can swim in the pool, have a sauna or eat at the restaurant/bar. The Bondi to Bronte walk spanning the headlands is a must and starts from the South side of the beach.

There is access to public transport within a few minute walk via bus and Bondi Junction train station accessible by a 7 minute bus ride with trains to all over Sydney.
