THE HOME
The home is a super cool, live/work space in the heart of Kentish Town. The apartment is located on the first floor of an old science school that was converted into apartments in the 90s. It was a communal garden, shared entrance lounge and reception as well as a secure carpark.
The apartment itself is a lovely spacious conversion with an open plan living, dining and work space that leads on to a tucked away kitchen. The living room includes a large spacious couch, long desk space, record player and beautiful artwork. There is a large dining table that leads onto the kitchen space which has all the modern amenities. The ceilings are double height with huge windows filling the home with great light and making it feel very spacious.
The bedrooms are separated by two walls with the shared bathroom located in the middle of the two bedrooms. The bathroom has a stand alone, claw foot bath tub as well as a shower. With a communal garden and secure carpark. Please note that the bathroom has a regular door that can be closed to the hosts room however on the guest bedroom side it is separated by hanging beads and a hallway. The hallway door that leads to the bathroom can be locked to the rest of the house, keeping it very secure.
The guest bedroom has a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space for the guests belongings. It overlooks the communal courtyard making it very quiet and peaceful.
There is extra storage space in the bedroom accessible by a ladder if need be. The hosts may have some belongings stored in there during the guests stay but will not access it without guests permission.
THE AREA
The home is located in Kentish Town, close to many of the large photographic studios in London. It is a short walk away from the bustling high street where you can find great cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Camden is a short walk away with the famous markets, canal and lots of great live music venues. Primrose Hill with it’s gorgeous park is also a short walk away, perfect for warm weather picnics.
Both the Overground train from Kentish Town West and the Northern Line Underground train is a 5 minute walk from the home and there are buses from Kentish Town Rd a few minutes walk from the home, making it very accessible to reach all over London.

The male photographer is often traveling for work so you may just be sharing with the female during your stay.

A small Italian Greyhound called Dot! She is 8 years old so very chill.

other things to note
The hosts use the space to shoot in a couple of month for personal projects meaning there may be extra people in the home during these shoots. The hosts will let the guest know directly when these are happening and the guest is welcome to be in the home whilst the shoot is going on.
This has been taken into account in the overall pricing, no further discounts are offered.
